All of our UK deliveries are sent using Royal Mail. Please select your destination at the shopping basket and the postage charge will be calculated accordingly.

All UK parcels are sent 48 hour tracked . Most UK orders should be received within 48 hours of order shipment.

Use the tracking number provided to locate your parcel. If your parcel isn't delivered, you must let us know within 5 days of it's expected delivery. We will contact Royal Mail to establish where your parcel is.

Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from when the order was placed

Please remember that a signature maybe required.

Larger items may take an extra day. Orders over £50.00 are shipped free of charge for UK mainland addresses and will be automatically upgraded to Signed For delivery.


Please note we will not send any dangerous goods through the post e.g gases or flammable items. Aerosols, pressurised containers and liquids over 1 litre will only be sent within the UK.

Within the UK, parcels over 2 kg will be sent by courier and will incur extra costs. If your order goes over the Royal Mail weight allowance, you will be contacted by email about the extra charges.


Overseas Deliveries

We use Royal Mail Tracked service for overseas shipments however we are not able to send any orders to the USA & Canada .

Please note we will not send dangerous goods through the post e.g gases or flammable items and we will not send aerosols, pressurised containers or liquids over 1 litre internationally.

We can not send any liquids to Singapore or Hong Kong.

We aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days. Due to unforeseen circumstances (such as bad weather) this can sometimes be the subject of delays. We ask that you wait 25 working days for rest of world customers before you report an order missing. Royal Mail state that it can take up to 25 working days from shipment date to reach you.

Overseas, parcels over 2 kg will be sent by courier and will incur extra costs. If your order goes over the Royal Mail weight allowance, you will be contacted by email about the extra charges; we will search our couriers for the best price for you.
