All of our deliveries are by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. The cost of your delivery is automatically calculated according to the final amount of the order. This prevents those ordering small items from being overcharged.
Most orders should be received within 48 hours of order placement. All medical items will be sent first class:- Please remember that a signature maybe required for some items.
Larger items may take an extra day.
Vat will be charged to all EEC residents at the current rate of 17.5%
Overseas Deliveries
We are able to send goods to customers overseas. We have had to increase the security of our overseas deliveries and therefore there is an additional delivery charge dependent on destination.
